German Style Bread In Hawaii

I'm German. Everybody, who knows Germans or has lived in Germany knows, that 3 "food-groups" are extremely important to us:
Bier (beer), Wurst (sausages) and BROT (bread). Ever since I moved to the States I've missed good bread.
About a year and a half ago I decided to take matters into my own hands and I made my first bread. To my big surprise, it turned out really well. From that day on I only made my own and started experimenting with different ingredients. I also let my friends try it and they all liked it (at least that's what they said and I hope I'm not friends with a bunch of liars).
That's why I decided to offer it to everybody who's interested in nice, yummy bread, the way we like it back home.

Where to get the bread

We don't have a store. As of now we're baking every Wednesday. Orders can be picked up on Schofield between 2pm -2:30pm at the parking lot of the Kaena community center, or between 5pm-5:30pm at our house in Kapolei. You get the address with your order confirmation. ;-)
Every 3rd Saturday of the months we're also at the Kaimana Beach in Honolulu (2863 Kalakaua Avenue).
We're usually there between 5pm and 6:30pm.
